Choose the done-for-you option and, in addition to the above, I will:

- design a template in your Klaviyo account that you can use again and again (you'll need a Klaviyo account for this, it is not included in the price)
- build your emails
- provide images
- automate the emails so that every new subscriber is welcomed to the brand warmly and given something to do with each email (e.g. sign up to your social media, spend a discount code, look at your best seller, read a blog post, etc).

Once your order has been placed, our team will carefully hand-make your planter in our studio. This takes 1-3 working days.

Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days to return any item for a full refund, provided it is in original, unused, saleable condition and repacked in the original packaging (with the exception of personalised items, which cannot be resold. If something happens to your personalised item, please do contact us and we will see how we can help).

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly dispatched item.

Yes! Send our plants just like you would a bunch of flowers. You can leave a gift message for free, or ask us to gift wrap - just tick the ‘gift options’ box at the top. You can even leave a video message for them. If you choose this option, you will be asked to record a video message after you have checked out by our partners VideoGreet. We’ll print off a QR code with a unique link to your message and include it in your gift for your recipient to scan.

Yes - we select plant varieties that don’t mind being in a dark box for a couple of days, and we have developed a way to pack them to ensure they are well protected, so our plants are happy until they get to their destination. We simply advise that, if you get a red card through the door, you go and collect your plant as soon as you can. They don’t much like being stored in the dark at a cold Royal Mail warehouse for days on end. That said, if you plant dies en route, we will send you another free of charge.

Don’t worry - we hand pick plant varieties that are easy to care for. Your new plant friend will come with repotting instructions and we’ll email you a link to a care guide for your plant type, so you know what you’re doing. If you’re not sure at any point you can contact us and we’ll advise you. If you’re giving it as a gift, the main thing is to unpack it from its box and let it get some light before you send it on.

You don’t have to repot your plant, it will be happy for several months in its nursery pot - but you may wish to put something in the bottom of the white planter so the plant sits nicely at the top. Newspaper is ideal - scrunch it up and you can squash it down to get the right position. However, we like to think that repotting is part of the bonding process, and there are instructions to help you do this.

Unfortunately we cannot ship plants or seeds internationally because of customs laws. However, we can ship all our other items abroad. Please contact us before you buy, or take a look at our Etsy store.
