You can choose to have a full or partial refund, or an exchange.

My item arrived broken or damaged
If your item arrives broken or damaged, we will refund in full or exchange, whichever you prefer. Please email us with a photo of the damage.

I've changed my mind / It's not what I expected
You can return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. You will be expected to pay for return shipping. Details are below.

My plant died in transit
If your plant has died in transit, and the parcel hasn't been sat awaiting collection for several days (because plants don't like the dark), then we will send you another replacement plant. Please email us a photo of the damaged plant.

Excluded Items
Sorry, we are not able to offer refunds on the following, unless they are damaged or not fit for purpose:

Personalised items
Intimate items including underwear and socks, once worn
Gift cards
Boblets / hair bands

Refund Policy In Full (Please Read)

Return Timescale

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, email confirmation of your order or proof of purchase. 

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds Process 

Once your return is received, it will be quarantined for 48 hours, to protect our staff from potential COVID infection. After quarantine, it will be inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition,
  • Any damaged item for reasons not due to us
  • Any item missing parts for reasons not due to our error

In this situation, we will email you and inform you of our decision. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping and any customs charges.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

In the unlikely event of late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again. 
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact and we will investigate what has happened.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and customs costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we cannot refund or exchange until it is in our possession.

Kerbside Drop Offs
