How do I tell you what I want on my item?

We are happy to make any changes to the items we sell. Please add your personalisation details in the 'personalisation' box during checkout. 

Do you charge more by letter for personalisation?

No, all our personalisation is free as standard. You can add whatever you like to make your gift special; just remember that the more words you add, the smaller they tend to be as a general rule. We find that the best looking custom gifts are as simple as possible.

Help! Something is wrong with my delivery!

If you’ve received a note from your delivery person and you think something is wrong, please PM us and we’ll follow it up. Your tracking info will be on the email confirmation you receive when we have dispatched your item.

I need to return an item. What do I do?

Rest assured we offer returns and replacements. Please email us with a photo of the damage. Our returns policy can be found here.

Photo Guide for Socks and Canvases

- Photos must be clear - blurry and pixellated photos will not work.
- Ensure the full face is shown in the picture and isn't cut off.
- Photos that are too dark or far away won't work.
- Please upload original photos - photos of photos don't come out clearly.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We offer gift wrapping services, for £5. Please tick the 'add gift wrapping' option when you check out.

Your gift will be wrapped in our striking yellow tissue paper, then wrapped in classic brown Kraft paper, with red ribbons and a handwritten gift tag.
