COVID-19 Coronavirus Information

We understand that many of our customers will be concerned about Coronavirus and we wanted to reassure you that we take your concerns seriously. We will update this page to keep you informed of any delays to our service as a result of COVID-19 either directly (if someone in our organisation gets sick) or indirectly (if the shipping services are taking longer to deliver than is normal etc)

CURRENT MAKING TIME: 2-3 working days (not affected)

CURRENT SHIPPING TIME TO THE UK: 2-3 working days (not affected)

CURRENT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIME: Variable. Can be up to 21 days. Most delivered in the usual timescale (7-14 days)

Working Practices:

• Incoming goods (stock, returns) will be quarantined for 48 hours.
• Social distancing is expected between employees.
• Staff are encouraged to wear face coverings.
• Hand sanitiser is available to all staff.
