 Can anything be changed? Can I have anything on my item?

Yes, we make our items to order, so feel free to change the wording, colours and swap and change our designs. We don’t charge extra for this. If you want something totally new, please email us. We love working on custom orders and they are often much less expensive than people imagine. Whether you have a clear idea of exactly what you want, or you just have the vaguest of ideas, we are experienced at working with customers to co-create the perfect pressie.


 How do I tell you what I want on my item?

Please email us with your ideas and we’ll happily chat to you. There is no obligation to purchase.


 Will I see a proof?

We send proofs for all custom orders. This means, if you’ve asked us for something that’s a bit different from the picture in the listing, we email you a digital picture of what your item will look like. You are welcome to make as many revisions as you like until we have made the perfect gift for your loved one. Once you have given us the go-ahead, we will start making your order. 


 The colours look different, why is this? 

All colours look different on screens, whether you look at your proof on an iPad, iPhone, laptop or television, there will be a slight variation.
Please remember when we print, the colours will not be 100% identical to your screen. If you require a specific exact colour then please make us aware of this.
  

 What should I look for on my proofs?

Please check spellings really carefully. We usually copy and paste names. We cannot offer refunds when an item has been misspelled and it’s not our mistake.


 Can I make changes after approving my proof?

Unfortunately not. Once we have received confirmation that the proof is OK then we send it to production.


 What’s the deal with P&P?

Our motto is ‘bee happy’ and we strive for excellent customer service. We hate it when people charge us extortionate postage fees, so we don’t do it ourselves. We don’t make any money on our P&P charges (postage cost + shipping materials + time to wrap = what you will pay)


 How much is P&P?

We sell a huge variety of items so, because of this and our commitment to charge fair P&P, we cannot give you a flat rate.
We do offer international and expedited shipping options. If have questions about shipping, please contact us.


 How are your items sent out?

Our orders are sent either via Royal Mail Tracked for standard delivery or UPS courier for next working day signed delivery. You can select which shipping option you would prefer in your basket before you checkout. International shipping is Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.


 What is your returns policy?

We are able to accept returns on all non-personalised items. In the unfortunate event that you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it to us and receive a replacement or a full refund. Please be aware that any amount refunded will not include delivery and handling costs. We cannot accept returns for any personalised items unless a mistake has been made on our behalf or the item is clearly faulty.  How long do I have to change or return my order?

Any non-personalised items (except underwear, for hygiene reasons) can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. To begin a return or exchange you will need to email us.


 Can I return a personalised or customised item?

Unfortunately our personalised or customised items can only be returned if the product is faulty. This is due to the inclusion of personal information which means it cannot be resold.


 Will I be refunded the full amount I paid?

Any refunds we process will only pay back the original price you paid for the item. The refund amount will not include the original shipping costs.


 Who will pay the shipping cost if I want to exchange a product?

You will be required to pay the cost of sending any items back to us that require an exchange. We will then pay for the shipping cost for the replacement item that is being sent back to you.


 Do you sell Gift Vouchers? 

Yes! We offer gift vouchers for all amounts, starting at £10. We have both digital gift vouchers and paper ones we can send to you. Please email us for more information.
